      • - Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight, and volume of all the items in the cart.
      • - Depending on some issues, shipment delays can happen. If the shipment delays more than the specified period, we will notify you separately by e-mail.
      • - Even if the country is listed in the table above, there may be some areas such as island or mountainous where mail cannot be sent.
      • - Please contact us by email (customer@artish.co.kr) if you need a more exact delivery information for your country/city.
    • Import duty

      • - If you order Products from our site for delivery outside South Korea, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
      • - Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    • - We offer a 90 days refund upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind.
    • - The items must be returned in unused original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective package such as tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
    • - Important! Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrive back to us damaged we are not able to offer a 100% refund.

         1) Your order number
         2) The items you would like to return
         3) Reason for return
  • Damaged Delivery

    • - We apologize if you have received a product that is in anything other than a pristine condition. Our packaging has been carefully selected to protect our products, while having as small of an environmental impact as possible. Although we and our delivery partners do our best, a rarely small percentage of orders do sustain damage during transport. If this happened to you, rest assured we will make things right.
    • - Please kindly share your issues with us by email (customer@artish.co.kr) with the following information:
         1) Take photos of the product and packaging and Write a brief description of the issue.
         2) We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
         Even if things do not always go as we hoped, we do our best to assist in any way we can.

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
